What You Need To Know
- Ideally artwork should EPS,PNG,PDF, SVG, Ai
- We suggest a minimum resolution of 300dpi ( if your artwork is of low resolution it may result in low quality transfers, if it is pixelated or semi-transparent it may result in some of the white base ink being visible)
- Artwork should have a transparent background, all individual designs and gangsheets should have transparent background. You do not need to flip/mirror the artwork ,we will do this.
- Gang sheets should be on a sheet of 560mm wide x 1000mm in length, you can fill this as much as you want.
- Our DTF printers use CMYK to print
- If your artwork is too large to upload, please email through with link to artwork files.
- Designs that contain transparent elements such as smoke effect, glow effect should be halftoned.
- If you have logos with very small fine details, these would be better grouped on a separate page to standard logos, this way we can change settings for the fine details page.
- We do accept files longer then 1 metre in upload your own gangsheet, if for example your sheet is 5 metres in length, please ensure the quantity ordered matches , so in this case quantity 5.
- If you wish to send files via email with wetransfer, dropbox etc instead of uploading online, please send us an email with order number and the link to files after placing the order.
